7 Days Policies

Overview

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

IMPORTANT: For items below Rs.500, a shipping charge of Rs.70 will be levied.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@prachalan.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired item when requesting the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
